Information we store
CraftHired stores your account email, job-search preferences, location and work-arrangement choices, salary target, selected keywords, feedback, LinkedIn URL when provided, uploaded resume, and experience keywords extracted from that resume.
How we use it
We use this information to maintain your account, personalize job ranking, improve your individual recommendations, secure the service, and communicate about authentication or account changes.
Storage and access
Authentication and user data are stored with Supabase. Resume files are kept in private user-scoped storage. Access policies are designed so authenticated users can access only their own profile, preferences, feedback, and files.
AI processing
CraftHired does not send passwords or direct contact details to AI systems. If AI-assisted classification is introduced, the service will minimize and pseudonymize the information sent and document that processing here.
Your choices
You can update your profile, email, or password from Account & Security. You can permanently delete your account using the double-confirmation deletion control; this removes the account and associated database records. Stored resume objects are also removed by the account-deletion process.
